1. Customs Declaration Form: Completed by qualified enterprises or individuals, containing core information such as goods name, value, and quantity.
2. Commercial Invoice: Specifies the origin of goods, transaction amount, and detailed description of the goods.
3. Packing List: Its content must fully match that of the bill of lading and customs declaration form, clearly stating the packaging method and quantity of the goods.
4.Bill of Lading/Air Waybill: Certifies the mode of transportation, carrier, and goods handover information.
Supplementary Documents for Special Commodities
1.Certificate of Origin: Used to determine the customs duty rate (e.g., some chemical products can enjoy preferences under the Sino-Germany Free Trade Agreement).
2.MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): Required for chemicals, providing information on ingredients, hazard classification, and emergency measures.
3. IPPC Fumigation Certificate: Mandatory for wooden packaging materials.
4. 3C Certification: Mandatory for customs clearance of electronic products.
5. Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate (CCIC Report): Required for the import of used mechanical and electrical products.
Notes
1. Information across all documents must be consistent to avoid customs clearance delays caused by data discrepancies.
2. For goods eligible for customs duty preferences, a Certificate of Origin must be provided.
3. For dangerous goods, an additional Hazard Characteristic Classification Identification Report must be submitted.
