    Q Does FCST offer online training?

    A FCST technical managers provide comprehensive answers to customers regarding professional product information through professionally prepared PPT presentations, sample demonstrations, practical installation guidance, and other means.
  • Can product test reports be provided?

    FCST has its own laboratories and testing equipment, and can issue product test reports in accordance with designated standards.
  • How to verify the qualification of the products?

    All products provided by FCST undergo inspection and testing before shipment, which comply with industry standards. An inspection report will be issued based on the order details.
  • How to participate in FCST customer satisfaction survey?

    At the end of each quarter, the sales manager will send the survey questionnaire to customers. Based on the scores, FCST will take customer suggestions into account and improve its products and services to better meet customer needs.
  • How to get a quick response when a product malfunctions?

    Remote video diagnosis of the problem will be provided within 30 minutes.
    Services including remote debugging videos and spare parts supply will be offered.
  • What are the specific details of product warranty policy?

    It distinguishes the service standards between core products (2-year warranty) and consumable parts (1-year warranty). The condition for free replacement within the warranty period is non-human damage.
    Extended warranty service is also available.
     
    If the warranty period has expired, we can still provide repair services for you, but fees will be charged based on specific circumstances.

  • ‌How to Ensure Product Safety During Transportation?

    Adopt a three-layer protective packaging system
    It includes a shockproof layer (foam/airbags), a waterproof layer (PE film), and a reinforcement layer (wooden frames/steel straps). Specialized solutions are developed for different types of goods. For example:
    Fragile goods require cushioning materials such as foam and air bubble film, plus additional wooden cases for protection;
    Electronic products need anti-static packaging.

    Logistics supplier selection
    Priority is given to logistics suppliers with a good reputation and comprehensive transportation networks. Core indicators include:
    On-time arrival rate (over 98%);
    Cargo damage rate (below 0.5%);
    Insurance coverage rate.
    When signing a transportation contract, liability clauses must be clearly defined. It is recommended to use GPS/Internet of Things (IoT) tracking technology to monitor the cargo status in real time and establish an emergency early warning system.

    Insurance coverage
    Purchase cargo insurance that covers both basic coverage (Free from Particular Average/FPA, With Particular Average/WPA, All Risks) and additional coverage (War Risk, Strike Risk, etc.). The compensation standards must match the value of the goods. For instance, it is advisable to insure high-value goods under All Risks and pay attention to the exclusion clauses in the insurance policy.
  • How to check the real-time logistics information of an order?

    You can contact the sales manager offline for communication, and the document personnel will log in to the logistics tracking system on the official website (to assist with the query).
    The query methods for different transportation modes are as follows:
    Ocean freight: Displays the GPS location of the container.
    Air freight: Displays real-time flight status.
    China-Europe Railway Express: Displays the electronic certificate of the railway waybill.
  • What documents are required for the customs clearance process?

    List of Core Documents 
    1. Customs Declaration Form: Completed by qualified enterprises or individuals, containing core information such as goods name, value, and quantity. 
    2. Commercial Invoice: Specifies the origin of goods, transaction amount, and detailed description of the goods. 
    3. Packing List: Its content must fully match that of the bill of lading and customs declaration form, clearly stating the packaging method and quantity of the goods.
    4.Bill of Lading/Air Waybill: Certifies the mode of transportation, carrier, and goods handover information.
     
    Supplementary Documents for Special Commodities
    1.Certificate of Origin: Used to determine the customs duty rate (e.g., some chemical products can enjoy preferences under the Sino-Germany Free Trade Agreement). 
    2.MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet): Required for chemicals, providing information on ingredients, hazard classification, and emergency measures.
    3. IPPC Fumigation Certificate: Mandatory for wooden packaging materials.
    4. 3C Certification: Mandatory for customs clearance of electronic products.
    5. Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate (CCIC Report): Required for the import of used mechanical and electrical products. 
     
    Notes
    1. Information across all documents must be consistent to avoid customs clearance delays caused by data discrepancies.
    2. For goods eligible for customs duty preferences, a Certificate of Origin must be provided.
    3. For dangerous goods, an additional Hazard Characteristic Classification Identification Report must be submitted.
  • What are FCST's commonly used international logistics solutions?

    The applicable scenarios are as follows:
    Ocean Freight: 20-40 days, suitable for bulk goods such as optical cables and manholes.
    China-Europe Railway Express: 12-18 days, featuring cost advantages.
    Air Freight: 3-7 days, suitable for urgent spare parts.
