    Q How to participate in FCST customer satisfaction survey?

    A At the end of each quarter, the sales manager will send the survey questionnaire to customers. Based on the scores, FCST will take customer suggestions into account and improve its products and services to better meet customer needs.
  • How to get a quick response when a product malfunctions?

    Remote video diagnosis of the problem will be provided within 30 minutes.
    Services including remote debugging videos and spare parts supply will be offered.
  • What are the specific details of product warranty policy?

    It distinguishes the service standards between core products (2-year warranty) and consumable parts (1-year warranty). The condition for free replacement within the warranty period is non-human damage.
    Extended warranty service is also available.
     
    If the warranty period has expired, we can still provide repair services for you, but fees will be charged based on specific circumstances.
