About Us
Quality Management

ISO 9001
FCST is proud to be ISO 9001 certified. Our comprehensive Quality Policy and quality management system (QMS) provide the framework for our commitment to supplying our customers with products and services that comply with their specific needs and requirements.
Environment

RoHS
FCST products are subject to and comply with the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Directive 2012/19/EU and its amendments, which restrict the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
Note: Although more and more countries are adopting this new approach to protecting our environment, interpretation of the Directive may vary according to State legislation.
Reach
We undertake to comply with the environmental requirements of the REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) regulations formulated by the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) for chemical products.
FCST's products are all telecommunications equipment composed of plastic and metal components. FCST does not use any toxic chemicals during its manufacturing process.
We do not produce or supply "substances" or "preparations", and our articles do not involve "intentional emissions of substances".
Based on our communication with suppliers, we can conclude that for FCST products that need to comply with REACH regulations, the concentration of substances on the existing SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) list does not exceed 0.1%.

PPWR
FCST packaging fully aligns with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Regulation (EU) 2025/40), governing material composition, chemical restrictions, and documentation requirements for all packaged goods entering the EU market.
We maintain verified packaging data across every layer—from inner bags and cushioning to cartons, tape, and pallet wraps—ensuring traceability and defensible evidence for customer audits and regulatory review.
Each product family is supported with packaging BOMs, supplier substance declarations, and the necessary technical documentation to support EU Declaration of Conformity (DoC) readiness.
Note: PPWR requirements apply across the entire packaging chain. FCST collaborates with upstream suppliers to keep material data current, helping our customers stay ahead of evolving EU compliance expectations.
