The 15J microduct connector completely removes all internal metal parts. It uses modified reinforced POM one-piece locking claw to replace stainless steel circlips. The core optimization is not material replacement, but structural adaptation to underground buried working conditions. All design iterations are based on actual construction pain points of metal connectors.

The POM locking claw is a chemically inert insulating material with no metal conductivity. It does not undergo galvanic reaction with soil, brine, or acid-base substances. It passes 5000 hours of neutral salt spray testing without aging, cracking, or oxidation. For permanently buried pipelines with a design life of 25 years, the non-metal structure ensures zero corrosion throughout the service cycle, thoroughly solving the core industry problem of metal rust failure.

Traditional push-in connectors rely on stainless steel Circlip to secure the outer diameter of the high-density polyethylene (HDPE) microduct.

Groundwater and soil are highly unpredictable, often containing dissolved sulfur, chlorides, and fertilizers, which can convert moisture into corrosive electrolytes. Under prolonged contact, the internal metal Circlip are at risk of rusting.

During fiber optic cable jetting, the microduct expands slightly under internal pressure. If the internal metal Circlip or are damaged, they cannot securely clamp the HDPE conduit wall. This can cause the micro duct coupling to slip, resulting in a sudden drop in pressure and halting fiber optic deployment.

In certain defense or high-security communication routes, metal components must be completely eliminated to avoid electromagnetic detection or grounding loops. A 100% non-metallic design ensures complete dielectric insulation along the fiber optic path.
