Party B shall provide reliability test report upon initial delivery.
Party B shall be liable for all losses and liabilities arising from product design or product quality problems (except improper operation by users) caused by safety problems (within two year) arising from inspection and verification of Party B's products after delivery to Party A or during use by final consumers in the market after sale to both parties. Party B shall pay Party A direct and indirect economic losses including but not limited to investigation fees, appraisal fees, attorney fees and travel expenses.
If the product quality fails to meet the quality standard jointly determined by both parties, Party B shall make improvement within the time agreed by both parties. If the product quality fails to meet the requirements of Party A after three improvements, Party A shall have the right to terminate the Contract and claim compensation from Party B for all losses caused thereby, and Party A reserves the legal right to hold Party B liable for all losses. When it comes to issues that need to be verified, both parties shall negotiate to determine the specific details and time.
